Shipping Information

• We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail that is tracked and insured.
• Shipping to destinations inside the USA is included; shipping to destinations outside the USA is extra (please contact us for details)
• All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 5 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11AM EST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase.  Simply go to your nearest USPS Office and put the entire package (wallet, carbon fiber card, and gift box) in the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelop and ship it to us.

• We will provide you a full refund if you didn’t have custom engraving.
• If you had custom engraving, then there will be a $20 service charge.
• Please note: Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was provided to you at time of sale.

Warranty

• Our wallets are designed for long term reliability — as in, a lifetime. If you ever feel your wallet isn’t functioning properly, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
• This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, chips and/or scrapes; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
